Jeff was born and raised on a farm in Manitoba. He left home after Grade 9 to attend high school in Saskatchewan before moving to Calgary after graduation in 1989. Jeff worked and studied his way through to a B.A. in 1994. After running a very successful landscaping company for several years, he changed his focus to real estate in the late 1990s. He began selling new homes and condos before moving to RE/MAX in late 2001. He operated as an individual agent for a couple of years before inviting his brother Ray to join him — and thus began “The Neustaedter Team.” Jeff is passionate about Real Estate — everything from construction to décor. Jeff enjoys sports and loves spending time with his family, friends and business family.

Ray relocated to Calgary from Manitoba in 1985. He started work in the construction industry in various trades, from framing to excavation and landscaping. Ray graduated from Olds College in 1992 as a ticketed journeyman in the Horticulture/Landscape program. Ray ran his own successful landscape company for 10 years and joined his brother Jeff in real estate in 2004. Ray is married with 4 kids. Baseball and fishing keep him busy in his free time.

Claire Hilderman

Claire was born & raised in Calgary, AB. She moved to Victoria, BC to finish her Bachelor of Commerce Degree and moved back home to work in both the Golf Industry and later in Oil & Gas. Claire moved to Cochrane in 2006 and started a family with her husband Ryan & 3 kids. Her family is heavily involved in the hockey industry and all things Cochrane and most of all – love raising their kids in this great town. Following her passion for people & community, Claire got her Real Estate license in 2015. Since then, she’s built her business with honesty & integrity serving each of her clients to the highest standards.
Selling Cochrane was born out of Claire’s love for the Town she lives & loves.

Emma Hielema

Emma was born and raised in Calgary and has always loved the city she grew up in. After graduating with her BBA in Marketing from Trinity Western University she decided to make the move back to Calgary and worked in property management before making the jump into real estate. Growing up with her father and uncle in the real estate business it seemed that it was only a matter of time before she joined the team. Emma is extremely driven and passionate about business and is excited to utilize her marketing background and love for people in her work in real estate. In addition to her love of all things business, Emma loves spending time with family and friends, staying active and connecting with her local community.
